The Author is Louisa May Alcott. The story about four sisters. They have the different characteristic.  They grew up in hard home environment. The story was took place when their father was in war (civil war) for a year. The eldest daughter Meg was beautiful and calm, second daughter Joe was masculine, outgoing and brilliant. She was aspiring writers. Third daughter Beth was shy. And Fourth daughter Amy was cute. They live harder and they miss their father. The girls were friendly with Laurie, the boy who lives in next door. Joe and Laurie were more friendly then other sisters. At first, Amy dislikes Laurie, but after Laurie rescued Amy when she sink to the water.

Laurie’s tutor, John proposed Meg. And their father was come back. Laurie proposed to Joe, but Joe refused. The years after, Amy grew up and went to the Europe to study Art and Joe became to the Author.

 

This story is about the love between the sisters and the family. When I read this book I think It’s not a bored book. I recommend this book to person who the young woman or girl who has sister. I think they can share more feeling about the family’s love.

 

‘Mother, if she should die, it will be my fault.’

I like this part because I knows that this means, because my friends who have the sisters or brother always said that kind of words.

Current Event: Dreamliner: Japan's ANA restarts 787 flights

The first flight landed at Tokyo's Haneda airport on Sunday evening, local time, after a short flight from Sapporo in northern Japan. Other airlines have already resumed 787 flights, but ANA is Boeing's biggest Dreamliner customer, with 17 planes. An overheating battery on an ANA flight led 787s being grounded in January. It followed a separate battery-related emergency on a Japan Airlines flight. The planes have since been modified with new battery systems and have been given approval to fly again by the US Federal Aviation Authority. Sunday's Dreamliner flight was the first of five scheduled by ANA in May, before the airline restarts a full commercial schedule on 1 June. It ran its first test flights in late April. ANA operates more than a third of all Dreamliners currently in service, and has another 36 on order. In a statement issued on Friday, Osamu Shinobe, ANA's chief executive, said the airline remained committed to the aircraft. "The safety of passengers is our number one priority. Modifications for all 787 have been implemented and ANA has undertaken its own additional testing," he said. "The 787 remains a game-changing aircraft, important from an environmental, efficiency and passenger comfort perspective."

Novel Reading: Tales of Mystery and Imagination

This book included the five other stories, all about the mysterious things. First one's title is <The Fall of the House of Usher>. This story took place in some old house by a lake. It is night and there is a heavy storm outside. In this story I think author is genius for making the gloomy mood. Second story's title is< The Black Cat>. This story is about a Black cat is hanging its neck from a tree. Bad person hung the poor animal from a tree and left to die. Because he thought this cat is evil thing. Third story's title is <The Masque of the Red Death>. This story about a Prince Prospero was dying. He lives in the castle for far away from plague. One day, in the castle they did masked ball, and he met the ‘Red Death’ and die. Forth story's title is <William Wilson>. This story is about William Wilson who same as speaker. After the speaker met with William Wilson, he had the bad events were happened. In the end, the speaker knew that William Wilson is doppelganger. And they shoot the gun to each. They both die. The last story's title is <The Tell- Tale Heart>. The speaker killed an old person. And he hides a dead body. When the police investigate the home of the speaker, he shown the manor and a normal daily basis, they should not doubt. But he felt a kind of guilt, and hearing the old man’s voice. In the end, he goes to police to surrender himself.

     Reason why I choose this book is I was taken by the book's cover. I'm not interesting in mysteries, but I knew the few mysteries. I was engrossed in nostalgic thoughts of my youth. Because, when I was young, I heard the many tales of mystery but not now. If you likes horror or mystery story, I recommend this book.

I like this part because I feel few fears in this part. And next to this part, the illustration is fearful.

 Peter Donnelly is not popular in Korea, but he working illustrator for 20 years long. He is from Island. He drawing the pictures for fairy-tales, animations and illustrates.  He won the American Illustration Award 2012, 3X3 Fairy-tale Showcase 2012. He is famous of working for illus CM Campaign. And he worked with Animation School's TV animation works.

He used the simple colors like simple black, red and gray. I can feel the traffic on the London street. We can find the Big Ben Tower. Finding the structures what you know is kind of exciting.

Gabriel Faure was French composer. He was born in Pamiers. We can  say Gabriel Faure is the major role for the development of modern French music with Debussy and Label. The detail and beautiful experiences in his songs are makes him to person who is one of the France's leading composer. In his works, there're a quartet, a piano quartet, a violin sonata, etc. There are many excellent works in the chamber music and songs.

Sicilienne is one of the most famous song in the  Faure's songs.  Sicilienne name comes from the meaning of "beauty" or ""pride". And also it means come from sicilliana or sicilian(In French, it say sicillienne, sicily). This mean the French dance in 17,18centuery. This song is playing your favorite dances that reveal the charm of Sicily. This song experence the feeling both sad and happy. We can feel smooth and gloomy both at a same time. There are many version of music score to play in violin, cello, flute or piano.

Sicilienne for cello and piano op.78 is used in the act 'pelreashseu and Jangdeu'(op.80). This act's story about the half-brother grab a confrontation between the beautiful queen of love. This is tragic content. In this act, the 'Sicilian' is written in sad. Faure's musices are widely loved.
