US federal prosecutors are preparing charges against the surviving Boston Marathon bomb suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as more details emerge of his capture. The suspect was captured on Friday evening after a huge manhunt during which Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's elder brother and suspected fellow bomber, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, died.If he is charged with using a weapon of mass destruction to kill people, he could have the death penalty. The prosecutors for the state of Massachusetts, which does not have the death penalty, may file their own. US media quoted anonymous sources as saying he had been responding to questions in writing, but this has not been officially confirmed. The FBI's Boston field office and the Boston police department both said the information did not come from them.

Police believe the 19-year-old Dzhokhar may have killed his brother himself, running him over in a car as he fled capture on Thursday night. Monday's twin bomb attack on the Boston Marathon finish line killed a boy of eight and two women, and injured more than 180, of whom 13 lost limbs. One policeman was killed and another injured during the manhunt. No motive for the attack has been established. It is unclear when the charges will be filed against the suspect. This exception is allowed on a limited basis when the public may be in immediate danger.

+Chosun News(Korean ver.)

April 15, 2013 the news about the North Korea was became the first page of the BBC internet newspaper. The three BBC journalists and 10 London School of Economics students went to the North Korea to take panorama films and for research. They spent eight days in the country. Alex Peters, the LSE students' union, said the program should be dropped because students were lied to and could not give informed consent. But, BBC head of news programs, Ceri Thomas said that, the students had been already informed of the risks on three separate occasions. Three of the students asked that their images be taken out. But the public interest arguments for making and showing the program were "overwhelming".

Students' union general secretary Ms Peters, who was not on the trip, told the BBC News Channel: "One of the students made it absolutely clear that she was not made aware of what happened.” In the other hand, someone insisted, "They’ve (BBC journalists) used students essentially as a human shield in this situation."
